Dr. Siddhartha Sankar Biswas is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jamia Hamdard University in New Delhi, India. With over 13 years of teaching experience at the M.Tech., M.C.A., and B.Tech. level programs, he has established himself as a highly respected academic in the field of computer engineering. Dr. Biswas completed his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2015, where he was a Ph.D. Research Scholar under the guidance of Prof. Bashir Alam and Prof. M. N. Doja. He also holds an M.Tech. in Computer Engineering, an MBA in Information Technology, and a B.Tech. in Information Technology. As of September 2022, Dr. Biswas has published 53 research papers and book chapters in various international journals and books published by Springer, Elsevier, Hindawi, etc., which are indexed by Thomson Reuters, SCI, Scopus, IEEE, etc. He has also published one international patent and two national patents. Currently, Dr. Biswas is guiding eight Ph.D. scholars and two M.Tech. students. He has previously guided seven M.Tech. students in their research thesis. He is also a Co-PI for FIST Project (funded by DST, Govt of India) and PI for a completed Govt of India funded project for Unnant Bharat Abhiyan. Dr. Biswas is a Life Member of The Indian Science Congress (ISC), Computer Society of India (CSI), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Senior Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), Member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Member of Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA), Senior Member of Universal Association of Computer and Electronics Engineers (UACEE), Fellow of Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors (IRED), and Member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dr. Biswas has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at GITM Gurgaon India and as an IT Trainee Engineer at Technopak Advisors.
